Your team. Your change. Your case.

A programme built on your reality, not on a standard example. That's why it fits you, and why it sticks.

For
HR, L&D, leadership and management teams
Format
The 2-Day Journey or single tracks, from 1.5 hours to 2 days
Where
On site or online, in Dutch or English
Afterwards
With the Journey and full days: a workbook with charter per participant, and one follow-up moment after about 2 months
The tailoring

The tailoring: the training takes place in your world.

  • Your team. Who is in the room and what do they do every day? The exercises connect to that.
  • Your change. A reorganisation, rapid growth, a merger, a new strategy or a new way of working.
  • Your case. The main character travelling through the training gets your sector and culture. Participants recognise their own working day.
What participants take home

Their own workbook, with your logo on the cover.

In the 2-Day Journey and in a full day every participant writes a personal leadership charter: this is how I lead, in their own words. With all exercise pages inside, and a page to prepare for the follow-up moment. The booklet can carry your organisation's logo.

How a programme runs

Five steps, together with you.

1. Introduction

Free, no strings attached

You tell me where you stand. I listen and ask questions.

2. Tailoring

Decided together

Which topics fit? The case gets your sector, team and change.

3. The training

Journey or single tracks

Inspirational leadership, stakeholder management and storytelling, in 1.5 hours to 2 days.

4. Coaching alongside

For those who want it

One-to-one guidance on leadership, career or an issue that's stuck.

5. Follow-up

After about 2 months

One follow-up moment, online or on site: sharing as a group what worked and what you adjust.

“It was the best lesson on leadership I can recall in 7 years in the company, business school, and my career before that.”

Jack, Business Manager

Your questions, honest answers
Does this fit our culture?
We decide that together. First I look at how you work and what change is going on. Then the training adapts: the case becomes your own world.
Will it stick?
Everything is built for that. Every exercise is immediately applicable, with the Journey and full days everyone goes home with their own charter and an action card, and after about two months we come back once to share as a group what has been learned.
What does it deliver?
Leaders who don't just manage, but connect and inspire. That builds a culture of trust, engagement and collaboration. [Uruel: a concrete result or response from an earlier programme, if you may share it]
How much work is it for us?
We keep that small. One full day instead of separate sessions keeps the calendar light, and one follow-up moment instead of several keeps the administration light too. We decide the tailoring together in the introduction call, so you don't have to search. [Uruel: what does the client arrange (room, participant list, communication) and what do you take on?]
Who in our organisation is this for?
For anyone who leads or wants to lead, with or without a formal title: (young) professionals, supervisors and managers. The exercises work at every level of experience, so they can be in the same group.
How is this different from a standard training?
Many providers work with a fixed course package. Here we decide together which topics fit you, and the case becomes your own world. Every session combines a short theoretical frame, a practical exercise and a moment to reflect, so it is immediately applicable and doesn't stay in theory.
Will people dare to be open in the group?
That is what I build on as a trainer: a safe environment where people dare to speak up and learn from each other. We share personal stories in a confidential circle, and nobody has to share more than they want to.
Which track fits which question?
My team follows, but do they join in? (trust and engagement)
Inspirational leadership: from motivation to inspiration, leading from connection and making people part of the vision.
We work with many parties and there is resistance (projects, change)
Stakeholder management: mapping who wants what, building trust and tailoring your communication per group.
Our message, vision or data doesn't land
Storytelling: turning facts into stories that connect and move people.
We want leaders to really grow in one go
The 2-Day Transformation Journey: all three tracks together, with a charter of their own for every participant.
An example from practice
The question
[Uruel: what did the client ask, in one or two sentences? No confidential details.]
What we did
[Uruel: which programme, which tracks, how was the case tailored?]
What changed
[Uruel: what did the organisation notice afterwards? No made-up figures.]
Organisations
[Uruel: which organisations may be named?]
For leadership and management teams

Your strategy only lands when leaders can tell it and their team wants to follow it. This programme builds trust, change that lasts, leadership at every level (even without a title) and talent that stays because it is part of the vision.

Practical: group, location and price

The 1.5 to 2-hour introduction works with 5 to over 100 participants; a full day works best in a smaller group. On site with you or online. All trainings are available in Dutch and in English. Every programme is tailored; we discuss the price in the call. [Uruel: what do you offer after the training besides the follow-up moment: a check-in, a report to HR?]
