How I handle your data.

Short and honest: I only ask for what is needed to answer your question, I share nothing and I do not track you.

Who is responsible?

Which data and why?

Contact form: name, email address, optionally organisation, topic and your message. To answer your question and plan an introduction call. Your request is also added as a lead in my Notion.
Requesting the one-pager: name, organisation, email address, role, which one-pager and the language. To give you the one-pager and possibly follow up on your question. Your request is also added as a lead in my Notion.
Self-scan: your answers stay in your own browser. I do not receive them.
Security: to prevent abuse of the forms I briefly keep an encrypted marker of your network address (not your actual address), for at most 24 hours.

Basis and retention

You give consent yourself by sending the form and ticking the box. I keep your data as long as we are in contact and at most 12 months after that, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Who do I share it with?

Not with third parties for their own purposes. For the website I use Hostinger as hosting provider, for email Google Workspace and for following up requests Notion (your request is added there as a lead). They process data on my behalf.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. The fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no connection is made to Google or other parties. Links to, for example, LinkedIn are followed at your own initiative; their terms apply there.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent. Email me and I will take care of it. If we cannot work it out, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
