The journey in eight stages

1. The invitation (one week before): A personal welcome video, meeting Sam (the main character you follow through the journey) and your empty charter.
2. The starting point (day 1, morning): The difference between motivation and inspiration. Where do you already lead, without a title?
3. Connecting (day 1, afternoon): Listening without jumping to solutions and knowing yourself under pressure.
4. Direction (day 1, close): Making people part of the vision and writing your own leadership story.
5. The playing field (day 2, morning): Who are your stakeholders, what do they want and how do you involve them?
6. The story (day 2, afternoon): From facts to a story that touches people, and your own hero's journey.
7. The promise (day 2, close): You write your promise, read it aloud in a trio and share it if you want.
8. Return (after about 2 months): One follow-up moment, online or on site: sharing as a group what you have learned, and a second version of your charter.
