Why a full day?
You do not learn leadership just by hearing about it, but by doing it. A full day gives room to practise, get feedback and try again, without having to start up over and over. You stay in the work, on site, in a safe group where you really see each other, and go home with something that sticks: your own charter. And because it is one day rather than separate sessions, it keeps the calendar light too.

What is covered
What leadership is, the difference between motivation and inspiration, practical techniques to inspire a team, compassionate leadership (listening and empathy), transformational leadership (change through vision and values) and a culture with a clear purpose.
What is a charter?
Your charter is your personal document: “this is how I lead”. You write it yourself during the day, in four short blocks that fit this topic, and finish with a promise to yourself. No theory, but your own words, your own examples and your own first step. You take it home, so you can keep going with it in your work.
